Looks like a Mycedium sp (chalice coral)with its feeding tentacles out.
I could be wrong though let's see what others say.

are you looking for a designer name?? you might as well just make it up yourself, but i think alien eye is the accepted...

It's a chalice but yeah the specific name you could almost make one up and get away with it. Watermelon? alien eye?

I'm not sure maybe around 3pm.
