i didnt feel like looking through 23 pages of stuff so i figured id just ask...
what fuge are runnin for this tank...i am debating turning the middle chamber into one but i dont want to lose my middle chamber....
Are you running a HOB fuge? if so how big and which brand???

well im pretty sure hes doing lr rubble with chaeto and a submersible light. HTH

I've got chaeto in the middle chamber with LR rubble on the bottom. I made a wooden fuge light that goes on the back of the tank. I also added chaeto in the CPR BakPak 2 skimmer.

Here are a few pictures of the CPR BakPak 2 skimmer that I took 5 minutes ago.


Here is a picture of the collection cup. As you can see, it skimmed out a ton of nasty dark gunk. That's about 3.5-4 days worth of skimmat.

Hey Coral,
I'm confused as to why you have the light attached to the BakPak. I've been wanting the same skimmer. Is the light for the chaeto in the BakPak? I don't think I could add chaeto with the skimmer that I am running now, but it looks like it works well with that one.

Yeah, I attached a light on the skimmer for the chaeto.

Cool, thanks. I think if I buy that skimmer, I may have to try running chaeto instead of the material that comes with it.

Hey Coral Keeper, how is that coris wrasse working out for you?
I've been thinking of getting one for my 29 but I hear they may nip at corals. Also do you have a lid or screen on your tank?

Its doing fine.
Never heard of them nipping at corals, but its a 50/50 when it comes to inverts such as clams, shrimp, crabs, star fish and such.
