Don't be sorry, you didn't do anything. I think I was a "last straw" as somebody put it earlier. It's a shame, his setup is phenomenal. But I guess it's our loss.

So CK you have Chaeto in the skimmer chamber? Doesn't that affect how the skimmer works? Seems like it would not allow the bubbles to do their job.

Yeah. Not sure why it would affect how the skimmer works?

Here is a drawing of the skimmer. The grey are air bubbles and the green is chaeto.
