Coral under N.O. lights......

I have an eclipse 5 gallon tank. It has under the hood filtration and a N.O. T-5 (doesn't have the watts on the bulb, but I think it is 11 watts). The flourescent bulb is 8,000k.
Can I put mushrooms and a toadstool leather in this tank?

On what size tank? His 5 gallon, or yours?

I think a larger tank. One of my Toadstools has gone from a pinhead to over 12" across in less than a year. I don't think they fit in small tanks for very long.

How about a Kenya Tree Coral? That you could keep under your lighting, as they are only half-photosynthetic.

Sun Polyps? They need to be target fed but other than that they do well in low light and are a good focus with their bright color.

Shrooms are not very demanding on having high powered lights. Sometimes I find some growing where by all accounts they should not grow. I think toadstools would grow ok, but get too large too quick as others have said.
