Coralife Digital power center

So I will be going on vacation soon and I have someone who is available to come feed the fish once a day. I purchased a replacement of these 'timers' since the last one shorted out when water got in it. I thought I set it up properly but when we got home from the fireworks, the lights were still on and the sump+moon lights hadnt come on. I have the program in there to turn on at 11 am and off at 8 pm. It is set to auto so isnt it supposed to turn things off? Anywho, imma try the directions again but if anyone has advice, please post it here.
I did get the new design with the circular covers instead of the rectangle slides as shown below. The only + is that it was on sale for only $30.

They have never been good reliable piece IMO. Some good old timers from Lowes or HD would work!!!!

I have one, and for the first year it worked great (not worth the money comes to mind)...yet it takes up so much less space than trying to put a timer on everything. You might try making your own power center ....use different strips and set each strip on a timer from Lowes...plug in what you want off and on according how you set the timers to each. That was my plan before my light went on the blink.

I recently purchased 2 timers from Walmart ...they are made by Brinks...ran about $24.99 and SO FAR SO GOOD.....and we have had quite a few power flashes the last couple of weeks

I use 3 of these (1 for actinics, 1 for daylights and 1 for the fuge light). $6.99 on this site here

I've had them for over a year, no problems, set it and forget it...

U have been replacing all my pin ones with digital.....I am getting tired of having to reset them for every stinking power failure

I haven't seen anything like that...it's digital and from Wally World? I gotta go shopping. I would have gotten what Slice showed and put a strip outlet on it.

Flower they are in the section with other times and extension cords.....The little top piece is the digital clock...it comes out of base...you set it, and snap it back in
of course the 2 switch's that have the timer are the same, BUT that worked great for me....I set one inbetween the 10G and the 54G and have my daylights coming on at the same time
and I have the other one on my 225G and I have the outer 2 MH's coning on at the same time...I have eliminated 3 powerstrips by using these because they save space, and we all know how bulky single timers are

Looks like a trip to Wal-mart is seen in my near future....LOL It just looks like a regular power strip, so I can see how I would have missed it.
