My readings are ph8.0-8.3, Kh 14-15, NO3- less than 5 ppm,Ca. 420-430. Alldone with sailfert tests. Have 3 powerheads in my 100 gal. tank(i think it has good circ.). My question is how long til I see some pink/purple coraline growth? Looking for some answers. Thanks in advance.

Generally, dime sized patches should show up in 2 or 3 months, Quarter sized in 4 - 6 and total coverage in 6 - 12 months.
As Kip has implied there's a lot more to it than just water conditions as well.

What was the rock like when you got it? Some people seem to have algae problems with newly acquired lr because it is covered with calcium phosphate to begin with.

Have you intruduced the coraline (colors you would like) if it is not present to start with its going to be a struggle...to say the least.
You have a better chance buying some rubble from lfs or a another hobbiest that is encrusted in coraline and breaking it up and spreading over your rock...more the merrier I say...or you can scrape it off rocks instead (litely to get spores off only like with tooth brush).
It is best to shutdown filters/ skimmer (or canisters if used) while it settles down on to rocks after introducing it this way or you will be ridding your tank of it as it floats in the h20 column a while(like over night ).
Magn. and Iodine also should be watched also to bright of halides lights in beginning seemed to keep it only green near surface as mine only turned pink red and purple where it was more shaded or deeper in the tank. You should be alright with what you have...
Do more research on it,you will find that it can be grown quickly with lights on all the time if you have no inhabitant in there currently.
