Hey, how old are you if you don't mind me asking? If you don't want to answer it openly, just PM me. Very nice tank BTW. Can't wait till its filled!

Thats going to be some tight space to work with. Are you going to use PVC or the oex-like tubing? I know you said you wanted to be able to slide it out to work on it,, So I'm still voting for drawer sliders to make it easier,,,

I agree, after looking at your sump closer, it looks a little tight for space. If you had an emergency or just needed to tweak/tune pumps, skimmer, etc. it could become a chore. If you can come up with a way to slide it in and out like a drawer, that would be cool. Might be a little heavy when partly filled though, so use some industrial slider parts.
I still can't wait to see it up and running.

I saw you posted this in the scrubber thread. Your idea should work just fine. How big do you plan on making the screen? Will you light one side or both?

havent updated in a while, as my camera is broken. i almost finished my stand cover. i made it out of black fabric and velcro, it was a lot cheaper than wood and it looks nice, and its easily removed for easy access to the sump.
ill post pics when my camera gets fixed
