Corals/Lighting Question

I just purchased three rocks with purple mushrooms, some polyps, and another which i'm not familiar with. Now I have 65m actinic and 65w 10,000 k bulbs and I was wondering how long i have each of them on and if i leave them both on at the same time. Also, I was wondering where I could place them in my tank thanks.

There are three purple mushroom small rocks
Polyps (Not sure what kind, neon orange center)
I forgot the name of the other thing i baught (I baught two of them, It looks like grass...One of them is already out, the other one hasn't yet.
I was wondering if the powerhead could be responsible, also how long do i leave the light on and the blues on. and where is a good location for these corals.
Any help would be appreciated

the grass looking one is star polyps, on a 26 with 130 watts of light pretty much anywhere to place them is fine, if the PH is blowing right at the star polyps that might be the reason they are not opening up, this is the lighting schedual i would do if it was my tank:
6 AM- actinic on
7 AM- daylight on (leave actinic on)
8PM- daylight off
9 PM- actinic off

remember though you can adjust you tank's day cycle so it on when you can enjoy it, I am a night owl my tank goes as follows
12:00pm actenic on
1:30pm daylight on
1:00 daylight off
2:00 actenic off
it is your little world, rule it how you want.
