Cryptic Critters and Red Bush(ID Please)

Hey guys. While doing my weekly tank cleaning yesterday I came across two critters I haven't noticed before. The first one is a pod of some sort, don't know which type yet. The second is a worm with a lot of white legs, a bright orange body and a black stripe going down the middle of it. (Actually, I found 3 of these guys, all about an inch long. 2 of them scurried off the rock I was moving, but I caught this one.)
Also, while rearranging my rocks, I came across a small red "bush" growing out of one of the rocks. This is the first I've noticed it because it was pointing towards the back of the tank between other rocks. It's about 1 1/2in. in diameter.
Just curious if any of you guys happen to know what these 3 things are. I would appreciate any info. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the replies. So the "bush" is a macro algae of some sort, huh? You learn something new all the time in this hobby.
