Custom Tank/Indoor Pond set up

I plan to just cut it to fit up against the walls of the plywood. Maybe a dab of silicone for the vertical pieces to hold them in place. Hopefully silicone wont melt Styrofoam. Once the liner is in and full of water they wont be going anywhere.
The Styrofoam should serve to insulate somewhat and make temp control easier and also protect the liner from any rough edges or screw in the structure. If I start building this weekend I will take some pics.
As a first attempt I imagine there is something I am overlooking but the whole thing seems pretty straight forward at this point. Only thing I am unsure of is what type of liner and mill thickness. Fortunately this is the last step in the project so I still have some time to hem and haw about this.
I cant wait to find out what these retail clowns in my area want for a liner. If its like everything else around here I imagin I will be buying online.

I used 60mil Firestone EPDM
Here's my cost breakdown (from the thread)
Costs:
Plywood = $80
2X4s = $60
Deck Planking = $60
Insulation = $80
Pond Liner = $120
Cinder Blocks = $34
Plumbing = $40
Cover = $30 including pulleys
Salt = $240
Sand = $200
Surge = $20
Ballasts = $350
Heaters = $100
Total = about $1500 including misc. items like screws & brackets.
Value = Priceless :D
