Cycle Finished?

So my tank has been cycling for 2 weeks now and my readings are all showing zero. As I have been testing I got an ammonia spike, then nitrite, then nitrate. When I tested last on Friday my nitrites were up and everything else was zero, today everything was down to zero. Does this mean that my cycle is over. When cycling in the past it took over a month. Could it be because half of my rock came from an established tank?

It certainly could be cycled. It's probably not stable though. I'd suggest ghost feeding the tank for a week or so just to make sure the aerobic bacteria populations are adequate before adding any livestock.
