cycling question?

my tanks been up and running for about 11days, ive been testing every day and all my readings have stayed the same,
amonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 0
ph 8.2
salt 36 per refracto
a few days ago the tank started getting brown, and now its got green alge in the sand and on some rock, i read that once the cycle is done alge grows, does this meen i missed the cycle? can i add a cuc or do i wait longer and watch for spikes

Did you use live sand? Live rock? Did you use tap water or RO water?

110lbs of live rock, 80lbs live sand ro/di water

I'd let it run for at least 1 more week just to be sure. You don't want to kill anything off because of a late cycle....

That would be overkill. A tiny pinch of fish food will feed the bacteria just fine.
