Get test kits.
Throw in live rock and small raw shrimp tail.
Test for ammonia and nitite for a few weeks. Wait till zero.
Add first small fish.
Done.

Do a water change to get rid of the nitrate.

Thanks very much I was not sure if my was finish cycling or not we had some problems with our tank we put it 2 months ago and I knew nothing about and we found a lot of good info here I order my test online and I took a sample to the pet store to get it tested they told us our water its good and that its a week away from finish cycling we got some rock small fishand a cleaning crew our sand and rocks are changing colors too
