Is cyclopeez an adequate source of food for corals, or would I need to supplement with something else?

I think it's adequate depending on the types of corals.

Nutritionally they are said to be about 40 times better than freshly hatched Artemia nauplii. Thats pretty good.

Xenia won't eat them but it will be a great food for the others listed.

Light.
Xenia have no digestive system and derive all of their nutrition from light, Zooxanthellae, and possibly direct nutrient uptake from the water column (Nitrate & Phosphate).
