Im going to take the shrimp out tomarrow then get 2 new ones at lfs while brother runs to reptile store to pick out a turtle

Id rather wait and see if anything wants it u know ( my dads sick he wants to eat it cause its so frikin big

well shrimp kicked the bucket goin to leave it to tomarrow maybe the fish will pick at it it is good protien i guess

It can also set off a chain of events with your water parameters........... It is ALWAYS better to remove something dead unless it is impossible, then you cross your fingers. I don't know much about your system, age, size, cuc, but it would be a little foolish to just leave it, especially when two people have advised you already to take it out. You were yelling at Wayner for doing the same thing!

I took it out after they told me the second time
Tank is 3 years old
cuc- 6 snails ( getting more and 2 skunk cleaners)
System a standered biocube with wet/dry filter a sump and filter pad with uv sterilizer my shrimp probibly died of age it was 2 years 6 days old had a shrimpuneral
