personally... if i could chose the laws... i'd go with the golden rule, treat others as you would be treaten.
murder= death
robbery= robber declares bankrupcy and all their stuff is taken away.
ect..ect..ect..

lol ok so when they kill someone you know how will you feel? in the bible it says if someone kills another person send them to their maker and ill judge them so their for the bible tells us to kill them if they killed someone else now this doesn't mean if you kill someone in self defense you should be killed its saying that if you kill for cold blood.

Yes and Yes because whatever the Bible says I go by. The rules of life are in the Bible...therefore I must go by them and so should everyone else.

Im glad ppl. have religous convictions, evryone will feel what God wants them to. My God teaches me to be merciful, this does not mean I feel that murders should be set free, but for me, that to know mercy is to know my God.

You got my vote Watson3. When I was a kid, someone murdered my 12 year old cousin. At the time the killer was just 16 years old, they didn't have the same laws back then to try them in adult court. He is walking the streets now, and she never got to live her life. I pesonally am for the death penalty, and would even invite the opportunity to allow family to be the ones to push the button. Sorry if this opinion makes anyone mad. But I have few raw nerves, but this is one subject that can get the biggest one going.

honestly if you think about it if you got the death penalty for smaller crimes like robbing a store, less people would rob stores, nowadays criminlas get slaps on the wrist a vacation and hot meals free clothes and to hang out with all there friends. how many people would continue to pull stupid crimes like vandalizing if you got your hand cut off for it? I totally support the death penalty because punishment in todays society has become al about money not reform or actual punishment, what good does it do a lady who got raped if the guy who did it goes to a prison for a year or two gets released does it again, you summarily execute a few rapists and I gaurantee the ---- rate in america would drop. If criminals new there would be real repercusions to their crimes instead of a taxpayer funded holiday they would be less inclined to commit the crimes.
