I am no anemone expert....they all die on me, but I don't think there is anything you can do but leave it alone. If it is going to live it will, and (sad to say) if not, it won't. A lot of people will say it is the light, and it may be...IDK. BUT I do know that you can't do much.....sorry

Read the end of the link/posting I gave above. Mine died, but another person had luck with maracyn. I did not get that in time for mine. Supposedly it is bacterial, i did not kill anything else in my tank. Get some maracyn ASAP if it is still alive. Good luck!

It is definitely not the light if you have T5. I had mine for over a year and it got huge. Think it was a bad silverside.

It's probably looking for a spot. Take my word about this...DON'T MESS WITH IT...I think I killed 2 cause I thought it needed my help....If it is going to live it will on its own. Sorry to say we don't have too much control over these animals.
What size tank do you have, and how many watts are the lights?

Is that a 6 gallon? If so it is way too small. Mine out grew a 45 gal. The fluctuations in the water chemistry in a small tank will do it in as well.

sometimes they die for "no apparent reason" meaning
they didnt like being shipped to the LFS
they didnt like the way you acclimated them
they dont like your tank
or
they dont like you.
Its really a matter of chance sometimes. All you can do is take the information we know about how to care for them, and give it the best shot.
you do need a larger tank, with Halides (thats my opinion.. I know people say t5 but I prefer the big bad lights),what fixture is over your tank? I didnt know there were T5s small enough for a 6g?
and also, what kind of nem is this?
how big?
what did it look like in the LFS or wherever you got it?
Is it sticky to the touch?
Is its foot planted or is it floating all over?
The more info the better, and if you post a pic, it would be easier for us to help you!
Ive had two RBTAs that disentegrated in my tank (looked awesome the first two days, then keeled over), and now I went the opposite route, bought a sick anemone. that was majorly bleached, and it is recovering and growing like mad! It just really depends on so many factors it is hard to answer the question of "what to do"
Please give some more info!
Good Luck
Jess

+1 on shrimpi's post...your system is wayy to small for an anemone no matter how short of a time its going to spend in there. Your lighting is not the correct type and there really is nothing you can do to make the current environment livable for it. Relocating is IMO your only option...
