Here are a few pictures of some new stuff and my dendro!

This sponge has white zoanthids all over, but they haven't opened yet.

Lauren, have the Parazoanthus on your sponge opened for feeding yet? Would love to see one of your beautiful pictures with them open.

How long have you had the picasso's for? If you got them small, how long did they take to develope the black markings?
I've had them for about 1 1/2 years. It took about 6 months for the black to really start showing up.

Not yet! The mother colony was open, so I hope mine does soon.... they look so pretty when the polyps are out.

OMG.. Your tank is amazing. So are your picture taking abilities.
The tank looks photoshopped because your corals are so bright.

wow this is a nice tank! Awesome pics! So many beautiful corals!
Jealous.... Where did you get it all? LFS or Saltwaterfish.com???
Just curious because my LFS has nothing like this!
Keep up the good work

just like your other tanks this one also looks spectacular! I am so jealous of the coral selection you have available at your LFS. Very hard to find really great colorful corals in my area.

Absolutely Fabulous tank!
I loooovvvvee the coco worm (actually "feather dusters" of any kind.)
I can't find too much info on them, and SWF's pic is yours - lol. Are they tough to care for?
LFS has one, but I'm a little nervous as it would be the single priciest item in my tank were I to get it...

Thank you! I go to a few different fish stores in the Bay Area. I also get things from local reefers that I find on craigslist.

Also what exactly is this thing on the bottom??
Those are arctic snow flakes (clove polyps)

They usually don't do very well in captivity. I add phytoplankton to my tank once a week for the coco. They aren't too expensive, my red one was only $40.

Yeah, they're asking 70 at LFS, but it's Huge. Tube is ~ 8" and the crown is red and white.
I just noticed you're in the bay - what shops do you go to?
LFS for me is Dolphin Pet Village in Campbell. Little pricey, but they're good.
