Will those two mix? I currently have had the Lawnmower since I started the tank. Do you think if I put a Diamond Watchman Goby in they would get along or would they get physical?

Like said if the tank is not too small. I have had both for years now. I can remember a few territory spats but nothing more. I think any issues are their similar body shape and size, but mine do fine ............ Sorry this is not one of my better shots...............

I have really considered getting one as well but my LB is already very aggressive......little %^&^#$! bites me all the time! My tank is only a 29 so I really think that would be pushing it too much. As I move to a larger tank then I will prolly get one for the sand cleaning. Just so you know, I have read some info that states they do much better in pairs. It states one can get lonely and groups fight.

Yeah there is a site that I ordered off of that actually sells them in pairs. You would think that they would fight but I called to ask and they said that one by itself can actually die or jump sometimes due to loneliness.....maybe they are more social....
I don't know if adding them at the same time matters though.

Yeah I love them too. I have two different clown gobies now. People advised me they would fight but I have absolutely 0 problems so far......I am gonna give it a couple of months before I say it is successful though..

Well, after reading all of the very appreciated comments I decided to go and buy one. I got a smaller one, maybe 2''. I put him in the tank and he hid for awhile. Later that night I was skimming through my tank with a flash light and caught a climpse of him swimming about half way up my tank. I immedietly turned to watch him and as I did, he got spooked or was trying to escape and just about did.

I caught him in time and today I went out and got a nice cover so he is all good and tidy.
Ive gotta say, he is one of the coolest fish I have ever purchased. He will sift through the sand and find pieces of rubble rock, sift the sand out, and then take the rock back to his "den". Deffinetly is a people fish. Always watches me as Im watching him.
I would really recommend him for anyone that wants a fun fish with personality but make sure your tank is 150% locked up. I would hate to wake up and see Goby Jerky.
