I went to a taping of the Jay Leno show that had people that could lick their elbows, they licked off peanut butter.... it was gross
in fact I have a somewhat usually laugh and during the show you can hear me laugh and you can even see jay look over at me! Also you see me looking all stupid in the audience when the musical guest came into the stand and gave me a high 5
here is a fun fact:
Spider monkeys have the largest testicals of all primates
and now you know everything!

JFK vs Lincoln
NOTE: This is true and it is more interesting than funny, but worthwhile, nonetheless....
Abe Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846.
JFK was elected to Congress in 1946.
Abe was elected President in 1860.
JFK was elected President in 1960.
The names Lincoln and Kennedy each contain seven letters.
Both were particularly concerned with civil rights.
Both their wives lost children while living in the House.
Both Presidents were shot on a Friday.
Both were shot in the head.
Both were shot from behind.
Both were in the presence of their wives.
The secretary of each President warned them not to go to the theatre and Dallas, respectively.
Lincoln's Secretary was named Kennedy.
Kennedy's Secretary was named Lincoln.
Both were assassinated by Southerners.
Both were succeeded by Southern Democrats
Both successors were named Johnson.
The names "Andrew Johnson" and Lyndon Johnson each contain 13 letters.
Both successors had held seats in the US Senate.
Both Johnsons were opposed for re-election by men whose names start with "G".
Andrew Johnson, who succeeded Lincoln, was born in 1808.
Lyndon Johnson, who succeeded Kennedy, was born in 1908.
John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated Lincoln, was born in 1839.
Lee Harvey Oswald, who assassinated Kennedy, was born in 1939.
Both assassins were known by their three names.
Both names have 15 letters.
Both Booth and Oswald were southerners favoring unpopular ideas.
Booth ran from the theatre and was captured in a warehouse.
Oswald ran from the warehouse and was captured in a theatre.
To cap it all off, Booth and Oswald were assassinated before trial.
Mystery or statistical coincidence?

you forgot a couple:
Lincoln was shot in a theater named "Ford"
Kennedy was shot in a car called "Lincon" made by "Ford"
and
A week before Lincoln was shot he was in Monroe, Maryland.
A week before Kennedy was shot he was with Marylin Monroe.

I thought the Tanuki was supposed to have the largest in relation to body size.

I saw a story on Mythbusters about toothbrushes kept in the open in bathrooms... it was disgusting.... Since that episode, hubby and I wrap our brushes in separate, clean washclothes and keep them in the drawer in the bathroom. I will never, ever store my toothbrush in the open again!! yuck!!!

Myth Busters busted the myth about a Ducks Quack not echoing...it does...
and it doesnt matter where you leave your toothbrush because there is fecal matter EVERYWHERE!!!
I don't believe your formula of folding it 12 times is 12 times in HALF...doesn't matter the thickness or size of the paper...7 times in half is the limit....give it a shot...I have tried it w/ an 8 1/2x11 piece of tracing paper(very thin)

I guess you were right about the anus-breathing turtles, WOW!
"Turtles have extraordinary anaerobic capacity--they have survived up to 33 hours in a pure nitrogen atmosphere. (Most reptiles have a high anaerobic capacity compared to mammals, but even they can't survive much more than 30 minutes without oxygen.) Although basically air-breathing, many aquatic species have developed ways to pick up oxygen even when submerged. Of these the most remarkable, which some turtles share with dragonfly nymphs, sea cucumbers, and certain televangelists, is the ability to breathe through one's butt. You've heard the expression ‘Blow it out your after regions?’ It's no mere figure of speech. Many species have a pair of sacs (bursae) opening off the cloaca (combined digestive and urogenital chamber). These are heavily vascularized to facilitate the uptake of oxygen.

"However, I fear a misleading impression has been given that all turtles can do so--not true. A few "side-necked" turtles (like the Fitzroy River guy) can, but the vast majority of turtles either don't have cloacal bursae, or have them but can't use them for breathing. I reviewed all available evidence on the topic in a recent paper in the Journal of Experimental Zoology"
ps not my quote.

My history teacher told us all of those. That is amazing. But, was kennedy shot from behind? No one really knows do they?

ummmm I am thinking :notsure: i can't remember who the musical guest was at the moment, the main guest was tom arnlod, it was like two years ago
the taping was pretty cool really, they "hand pick" the front roll and me and my friends got picked
so we got to run up and shake jay's hand at the begining of the show. Also during commerical breaks, Jay would come over at talk to the directors or whoever those people where and it was right in front of me so I was seating within probably an arm length from him
