The only corals i have are some xenia frags (about 8) 1 branching coral, and a couple SMALL zoo colonys.
Do i need to drip kalkwasser or lime water for this limited amount of corals?

You don't need to drip kalk for any corals...You NEED to keep the Ca and Alk levels up to par.

Well wouldnt dripping kalk keep them up to par?
Or is my little amount of corals not enough of a drain on the kalk, calcium

Kalk is used primarily to maintain established levels of calcium and alkalinity. Most salt mixs will have decent enough levels for the corals you mentioned...some folks establish higher levels in order to maintain more calcium demanding systems.....if you aren't attempting to maintain calcium & alk via suppliments there is probably little need to drip kalk.......in your situation I'd think normal monthly small percentage water changes should work well enough.

For the number of corals you have just doing regular water changes will maintain trace element levels.
