Well, you want to avoid lions and butterflies, for sure.
A wrasse or hogfish could go well in there, maybe another trigger. A hawkfish would be a nice, small fish. You could try a smaller species of grouper. A squirrelfish would add some color in there.

I have a puffer and with him I have a harlequin tusk fish and a foxface fish. They all get along fine.
In my other tank, I have a guinea fowl puffer and a trigger and they are fine in their 120.

just watch for aggression with the huma they can be quite bothersom to otherfish especially at feeding time and from my experience with puffers they dont like competition for food both species can be real pigs.feed the puffer last larger foods than that of your huma or other fish so they are full or close to when feeding your puffer.doing this can say alot of undue aggression or accidental injuries from accuring
