Dying RBTA

My Rose has been trying to split for a while. Last night when I looked there were three but one looked really bad. This morning the other two looked great but the one looked even worse. I can't see any tentacles, the mouth is gaping and it just looks like mush.
Is this common or is there something I should have done before or after they split?

it should be fine unless it looks like its melting.

The Anemone is just a blob of mush now.

The other two are doing very well though. Maybe a 3-way split was too much for it.
