Feeding bristleworms to tube anenome

Hey guys.
I was wondering, if i fed my tube anenome a 1" bristleworm, would it have any bad effects on the 4" tube anenome?
Thanks,
James

I thought tube anemones are plankton feeders?
are you talking about anemones which have the long curly tentecles and retract into a tube of mucus they build?
called Cerianthus sp or cerianthids
picture found here
not sure bristleworms are on the diet

you should buy a condalactus anemone
they would love daily bristeworm feeding
plus they require less light and the
hardiest of all anemone species.....and
they are very pretty =)

Just semantics, but Frank, wouldn't a bristleworm suspended in the water column be considered Plankton? I would imagine the sexual worms rising to the surface would often get caught in various tentacled animals; possibly including Tube Anemone.
Just a thought,

Guy:
interesting thought.
Well i guess that bristleworm larvae might be considered zooplankton. I believe that cerianthius anemones actually eat zooplankton sized organsisms. From the reading it appears they don't eat big things.
Dunno.
