Hey all. I have an aQua clear filter that I have set up as a refugium but I am a tad concerned that the flow from this filter is too strong for my tank. It's an aQuaClear 110 for 60-110 gallon tanks and my nano is a 15gallon. Is the waterfall from this filter too much flow? Is there such a thing as too much flow in saltwater? If it is too much flow, is there anything I can do to make it less strong? I have tried to set up the LR so it obstructs some of the flow, but I don't think it's enough. I also have a powerhead (for the tank size) in a corner as well.
Also, kind of unrelated, does anyone know of a light that is good and strong for inverts and things that DOESNT have a blue cast? The one I have now is a zoo med coral sun actinic 420 and it's practically like a black light and I'm not really a fan. But if it's what they need, then I'll get over it.I would just like to see everythings "true colors" so to speak!
