Dude I've been doing 12+ hour days 6 days a week at the shop these last couple weeks I don't even want to feed my fish when I get home
. However I did get a good bit of stuff for it. I got a new return pump(needed the old one for a customers tank), a very nice piece of rock and another Koralia 4 for the tank. I decided to find a 30 long (36x12x16) for the sump, its built and ready with one small issue it doesn't fit threw the door like the 29 I was gonna use did
; so I have to drain the tank and move it so I can drop the sump in from the top. I got a 60" Sunlight supply T5 retro and a couple fans for my canopy now I just have to build it
. I also got a water alarm for under my stand good investment if you don't already have one. We have a nice 5" adult blueface I have been thinking about taking for the 100

Cool! Got any pics? And is your Flagfin in this tank? Sounds good!

The Flagfin is still in the 55 for now. I can't slide it in from the back there is a brace every foot which gives me even less space. Right now I am in limbo because I might be getting a 180 in the next week or so and if that happens the 100 will become a reef

I vote for cut out a brace or 2 to fit in the new sump, and put it back in with a nice metal brace plate when done,,, no harm no FOWLR
Hope you get the 180 the bigger the better i always say

I would have to cut out at least two to fit the sump and I really don't want cut out any support when this thing has 1000lbs on it! Plus theres the whole it be more work then just draining the take down and sliding it 2/3 of the way off the stand and just dropping the sump in. On top off all of this the 180 is pretty much a sure thing now

Ooooo... Congrats on nearly having the 180 secured... Just a guess here... The fish in your avatar is a planned fish of the future???

Well it looks like the lady I was waiting on is gonna get the 180 so I am most likely out on that but..........
If she does take it I am getting a 210 instead
so it looks like its time to finish my 100 REEF
