That's funny- You're "Saltwater coral addiction" is growing- there's no going back now, can't wait to see the 125 gal you'll have to have to feed the addiction in a couple of years.

definatly one of my favorite features is the removable door for the stand. I was going to hinge it but decided I would rather be able to just pop it off and get it out of the way completly. I built the stand out of scrap 1" plywood and used strapping for the face, overall cost was around 40$ for the stain shellack screws and glue.

No, it looks great. Lots of variety in the tank and the stand is functional and looks good too.

I would like it better with a black backgrown, but like the aquascape

I do not know how you are doing it now but try these ideas:
1.turn off all the lights in the room except for the tank
2. do not use a flash on the camera
See if those help with your pictures. You may already be dpoing it so I don't know. Look good just a little washed out. Barry

Thanks hot I'm trying all of those already, the camera is a HP photosmart433 its about 5years old (new to me though) its 3.1 MP with 3x digital zoom, so far I have noticed that every time I use the zoom the pic is fuzzy. it doesnt actually move the lens its digital zoom. I'm pretty sure overall its a crappy camera (better than nothing though) since it didn't come with a manual I have to figure out everything by trial and error.

I angled the baffles so more of the equipment would be hidden in the back by sand and chaeto. and I just felt like doing it a little different than every one else, everyone has their baffles squared, mines a one of a kind (as far as I know).

hey i was curious what your tank looked like with all of your posting as of late!
glad to see its nice :)
i like that coral you have in the upper right, is that a large mushroom? i havent seen one like that with the colored spire things on it. pretty neat. is it a fish eater? do you find that it casts a big shadow?
