Got my PA driver's license today!!!!!

had to wait nearly 4weeks to get my social security card in the mail so I could transfer my NJ driver's license to PA. Apparently PA requires an SS card for transfer of residency, and I haven't had an SS card since I was a kid... so I had to apply for a replacement card and then wait .... and wait.... and wait.... until my stupid card came in the mail.
I am FINALLY free of New Jersey!!! I am, at long last, an official resident of Pennsylvania!!!
WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

congrats dearest mimzy. i am saddened that you have moved away from me, but i understand that you need a large crib for your bidness that will boom over the next couple of years.

Mimz, did you get your CCW as well?
I did. take your new DL to the sheriff's office with $25 and they will do a background check. If you're clean, in 2 weeks you have it. I still have mine, although it's no longer valid since I moved.

we lived in New Brunswick for 1year, and then Clifton for nearly 3.
don't worry, dream big, try hard, and you'll get out of Jersey too!

The Hubbs & I picked up apps at a local gun dealer, were gonna take 'em in soon as we get a minute. We're in the middle of the holidays right now (Jewish) so we're super rediculously busy, and the sherrif's office is only open every other tuesday from 1:00-1:15 on days when the moon is blue

I AM gonna go out the 1st chance I get tho and get myself that sexy 20g Benelli Nova I've been dying for since 2005!!! heheheh, once I get my hands on that, CLAY PIGEONS'LL NEVER HAVE HAD IT SO BAD!!!!!!

LoL, it's so weird, in PA there are "State Stores," but in NJ and NY you can go into any supermaket, gas station, and even some DRUGSTORES will have alcohol!!

The Nova is a great choice. It's hard to beat a Benelli when it comes to scatterguns. I had a Remington 870 TB vent rib trap gun a few years ago and wish I hadn't sold it.

the Hubbs has the Remmy 870 express for home defense. he tricked it out with a new recoil reducing stock and some other goodies. that thing is like a freight train. i'd trust it with my life, though it really smacks me in the face when i fire it. my anatomy doesn't work with the height of the comb on his new stock.

yes sadly in some states you can buy gas and alcohol at the same place. And how does this discourage drinking and driving?
and welcome back to pumping your own gas for a higher price.
