Fire Shrimp

I bought a one of these 2 weeks ago and I never see him come out except for feeding time. I know these are nocturnal and I have moon lights and never see it move anywhere just sits under a rock all the time. Is this normal, should I just give it time, or is this just its personality?

If you hand feed Cleaner Shrimp they become a lot friendlier.
