fish food went bad ?

I am not sure if my fish food went bad?
It has a bad "fishy" smell, and the once white mysis shrimp are now dull brown.
has it gone bad ?

Had it been thawed, and then refrozen????

I am sure it has bin thawed as my small frezzer is not that cold.

When I buy mysis, I avoid the brown ones because they have been previously thawed. They shouldn't smell. Ditch them.

ya they were white when i bought them , i will throw them away.
