too bad there is a very low selection of Fish you can have when you have Corals......................................
Not really, there are tons and tons of fish that are suitable for your tank and will do fine with corals, just not large angels and tangs.
Anthias will be fine in your tank down the road, they're not a beginner fish.
Start with something easy, like a pair of clowns or a goby of some sort. Then move on to a wrasse, flasher and fairy wrasses come in some amazing colors and would be perfect in your tank (only one unless you get a male and female pair and add at the same time). You already have a dwarf angel, so that slot is filled, but you could look into a blenny, they have great personalities and everyone who gets one ends up loving them. I'd recommend a Lawnmower, a BiColor or a Starry Blenny.
You could do a smaller colorful fish such as a Fridmani dottyback (aka Orchid Dottyback), or a basslet (Royal gramma, black cap) of some sort.
IMO, the only tang that is at all suited for under 100G is a Kole Tang or others in it's group (Ctenochaetus), but they should never go in a new tank.
