Nice looking tank, like the lights and sand. Rock looks good but you will need at least another 10 pounds or so. You should add it now rather then later. I have about 25 pounds in my 22 gallon.

Nice hermits. For sure get some type of shrimp too, cleaner or peppermint. Didn't notice if you had a powerhead, you will need one for sure as stated by someone else.

Have you thought of painting your background black or dark blue? It would make everything stand out so much better
