Finally got everthing settled in for the night. I've been replinishing water in my 90. I'm going to watch params. for a couple of days before adding all the rocks with corals.
The lid doesn't fit perfect, but I guess I'll have to live with it.
Kat-I got a Stealth 100 heater, but it won't fit in the 1st chamber. Did you have to mod something to get yours to fit?
I didn't hook up the skimmer yet.
How long do they take to break-in?

Well I checked the water today & everything was perfect.
I went ahead & added some stuff. I left alot in my 90, as I couldn't part with it all. I think I'll add more LR. I'm sure I'll change the aquascape 100 times before I'm happy with it. I just somewhat threw everything in.
I'm going to call tomorrow about the hood. It does not fit well. It's like it's warped or something. The front has a gap that light shines through & if you push down on it the back pops up.
I'm just glad I finally have some water in this cube! The first one I had was not like that. It fit perfect.

Not Kat here but the false bottom in the 1st chamber will pop out. Take a screwdriver and push down on one of the corners. You have to give it some umph but it will pop and then you can take it out.
Should I take that false bottom out? I already put in a heater that fits.

I never knew you were not suppose to use a wavemaker with Koralias. They do make a little noise on start-up for about 2 seconds, but for the results I can live with it.
They are going strong, but I hope I don't burn them out prematurely.

I never knew you were not suppose to use a wavemaker with Koralias. They do make a little noise on start-up for about 2 seconds, but for the results I can live with it.

I know what you mean about changing the aquascape. We change our 65 reef about every 2 weeks. Just when we like it, we add something else and restart the process until we like it and the corals seem happy.
By the way, what part of East Tennessee are you. I'm from Morristown but I live in FL now.

I have my camera set at lowest resolution ( 2 mp ). What is the largest res. that will allow me to post pics. Am I better of at 10mp & resizing them ( I have a program that makes it easy to do ), or shoot at 2 mp?
