Flame angel in a reef?

Believe it or not but my wife said that I need more fish in my tank. Yes she was sober at the time that she said that.
So I have my eye on a flame angel, but I saw a post earlier this week that mentioned that some angels will nip at zoos. I have zoos, mushrooms and star polyps in my tank, but I don't want to get a fish that will eat them. Does anyone know if the flame angel would snack on these.
FYI the other fish I have in my 60 gallon is 2 percula clowns, 1 yellow wrasse and 1 cardinal bangaii(sp).
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Its a hit or miss with Flames. I do know you would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful fish out there than a Flame angel!

My flame angel is one of my favorite fish. I don't have zoos yet, but I have lots of mushrooms and stars and He isn't interested in either of them. Mine has always behaved ... well... like an angel!
I say go for it. great fish with lots of color and a fun personality.

all pigmy angels are hit or miss as was stated. get a juvinile and keep him fed and you most likley will not have a problem. i have had a coral beauty for over a yr and so far no problems, with that said, they do nip at polyps of all kinds, ive seen pigmys tear apart sps, lps, and clam mantels.. just keep an eye on it and if it starts to misbehave get it out and go another route.
like stated its hard to find a more beautiful fish than the flame angel.
