Flame Angels

I have a 38q tank, and really want to get a flame angel. I was wondering:
Can they be kept in a 38q tank?
Can they be kept with clownfish, damsels, and a shrimp?
Are they hard to keep?
Do they hide all day?
Can they be kept with anemones?

A 38 is marginal for one of these fish. They will use every bit of space so bigger is better, but as the alpha fish, it would be "okay."
They are compatable with the other livestock you list.
They are relatively hardy but need good water, a varied diet and a well established tank in order to acclimate well. I would definitley quarantine this fish prior to adding it to the main tank.
They stick close to the rocks, as do most centropyges but they are not shy and swim about most of the time. It shouldn't bother an anemone.

Can they be kept in a 38q tank? Yep. Needs to be a mature tank.
Can they be kept with clownfish, damsels, and a shrimp? Yep
Are they hard to keep? Nope. They do best with lots of live rock.
Do they hide all day? Nope, only when they feel threatened.
Can they be kept with anemones? Yep. It wouldn't surprise me to hear that a Carpet Anemone ate an Angel though.

Thanks for the input, but I'm not getting a carpet. Not after what I read in the Clownfish & Anemone forum. I was thinking more along the lines of a bubbletip.
