The background looks good Krista. Looks like,....... well...... Dude, so retro! Lol
It will be coming off next week. Why did you want to know the space between the wall and the tank?

Looks Good Krista! Good Job...

Thanks! I found a place with cheap frags and I'm going to be placing an order when I get paid next week. I might spring for my showpiece coral.

Lookin' a lot better. Once that background comes off, it will start to look really good. Can't wait to see what frags you've chosen and what your centerpiece coral will be...

Any idea of what corals you want krista? IMO adding some bright colored ones will add alot to this tank! Anyway, it looks great!

Acans can be great!
SPS is such a pita imoe....i can keep it in one tank but not in the other! Grrrr
waste of money imo lol
Getting a nice size zoo/paly colony can be just as good too!
Some leathers are okay too...ive got a small tyree leather that has nice green polyps!
Sometimes i wish i didnt live so far away from u pps....!

Any montipora capricornis is good. Montipora digitata is also a good starter SPS coral. Pink Pocilliopora does well. Also pink birds nest is a good starter coral and grows like crazy. Any pocilliopora will do well too.

Milipora is also a good starter SPS IME. I really enjoy SPS corals, lol. All it takes is clean, stable water and a lot of light, flow and coral food. :D
