LTS, For some reason your post reminded of when I was at a NASCAR race. At one of the souviner (sp?) trailers there was a cake shaped like a race car. I wanted to get it but there were a couple of guys at the trailer that.... well let's just say they had many more tattoos than me and both had their wallets on chains. So I did not want to look like a wimp in front of them and buy a cake. I hung around for a bit but finally wanted to get to my seat and decided I was going to look like a wimp and get the cake. When I walked up to the trailer the lady behind the trailer was telling the "..then you can go to their website and get cake refills and decals of other drivers." You know in telling this story the thought came to mind of making a race cake and covering it in fondant, now that would look cool.
Susan, We have watched the food network for a LONG time. Back when Emeril was alone in the kitchen and he was fun to watch. I do like the challenge specials, I am glad that they are doing more of them. Believe it or not we got mad at the kids ginger house one because one of the Gandmas was coiming up with all of the ideas and just telling the kid what to do. What is up with that?!!! I guess I am still not over it.
M, Ahhh yes planning a wedding. We screwed up by having a fast engagement. Basically February to May, so the planning was not much fun. Even with me always saying "That sounds good to me!" By the end we were so stressed out that it was wither have the wedding or break up, and neither of us cared which one. But we had enough money tied up in it we went ahead and got married, 16 years ago.
