I add selcon, garlic extreme, zoe, zoecon, vita-chem and vitamarin-C
Not all at the same time of course

OMG cant wait to set up my tank will take me a couple of months, but i will make sure i ask spanko and Cranberry about food and where to get it they seem to know a real lot about SWF. THis place is great for ppl who are just starting in the hobby.. THanks to all of you been reading the boards for 3 days.. WOO HOO I think i found the right place to start My Hobby in SWF... Now for the happy Banana Dance

Where do you get your food anyway??? Can write it down so i know (thats if you can tell me) lol

What size fish are you looking to feed with them?
I'm such an idiot! I don't know why I don't do that!! I feed the erectus PE, the comes Hikari and treat them both occassionally with Brine Shrimp. The comes are on the small side so I've been doing the Hikari, but I think that they are getting big enough to try the PE.

Ditto...that's cool. I like making my own food too. Getting ready to go to the seafood dept in an hour or so and get busy.

HEYYYY...can I give them to my FW fish.....the cichlids or the tropicals
You can use them with both types of the freshwater fish. IF they are African Cichlid Mbuna than you should feed the blood worms very sparingly because of the dreaded "Mbuna Bloat" - google it.
Tropicals are fine to feed the bloodworms to..
i wont feed anything that comes from freshwater to my marine tank.
Howeverr, i do occasionally drop some macro algae from my refugium into my African Cichlid Tank....
