What is the difference between a foxface lo and a one spotted foxface? Because I bought a one spotted foxface today.

No they are not the same. One has a spot.

Actually there are I think seven fish in that genus. But I think you can consider them all the same for practical purposes. But I am no expert.

The "spot" is just a morph. They are both the same species. At one time it was thought they were different, but they aren't. Some have a spot, some don't.

Theres around 30 different species of Siganus. ( Rabbitfish )
Depending on which writers you favor there is one genus (Siganus) and two sub-genera, or elevating those two, two genera (Siganus and Lo); the former with 22 species, the latter with five. All have a, well... typical "rabbit-face" appearance and body plan. Lagomorph similarities include small, apical hare-like mouths, large, dark eyes and reserved temperament.
Fishbase will reconize/show either.
The S. vulpinus and the S. unimaculatus. The latter being the Onespot.

Thank you guys for answering my question. But I have another question. This morning when I turned on my lights my foxface seemed calm from the acclimation from the night before. But he is fighting with his reflection in the mirror.

Not much you can do about it. Hopefully it will stop soon. Maybe try putting white paper on the tank where it does it the most. Hopefully it want lead to stress issues.

He kind of stoped after I fed him and my other fish. And now he is swimming happily grazing on the live rock.

My Foxface loves Romaine lettace and eats at my Money Tree Plant. Maybe that will help.
