I'm from Burleson as well. I must say that I am shocked to see that there is another reefer from Burleson on this board.

a reef club would be cool. I am just getting started in the fragging dept. My tank is 7 months old and has been stable for a while. I am going to start fragging my softies (leathers etc) this weekend along with shrooms. I am starting to add a lot more light dependant LPS since I have 2 400MH and will be adding anther. If all goes well (including my job) I will be adding a frag only tank by years end. Then I want to be in the club!

Dockery- this weekend I have birthdays to contend with but should be able meet up in a couple of weeks. I travel alot with work so time is always an issue. I am starting a few pieces for you to pic from since you initiated our meeting (and all your helpful advise over the last year, specially the big SCORE at Blue Planet months ago) I'll get some pics together this weekend.

My name is Scott and I'm 27 so I don't have any high school age children yet (I hope) My wife and I just moved down to Burleson from Fort Worth about a year ago and bought our first house in the new Mountain Valley area. (Just south of 731 (Crowley Rd) off of Wilshire) Where are you located and what LFS do you use?

Thats a nice part of town! I live behind spinks airport a ways. I use fish paradise most of the time but I just really dont like them that much. They overcharge and are all about making a buck! Most of the time I use ***********.com because they have a 7 day garentee.

Hey guys, I have access for now. Just let me know when we want to get together. My children are leaving for the summer on Thursday so I am going to be playing a lot of golf. But I can get some frags ready also.
Are we planing on having them on rocks or just getting them ready and everyone will place them once they get home?

good question......this is my first offical frag trade, so whats the norm?

I normally just get them loose this way I can place them where I want in the tank. Much easier to clip things when your about to leave.

agreed. should I just plan on clipping a variety of things and bring them all with the intention of trading em?

trading them or selling them. Some people dont have anything to trade. If you are just starting out you can get a varity of different stuff. Which makes this hobby so much easier.
