Frogspawn And Hammer Questions

Yes, VHO is perfect for these types of LPS.
They require NSW levels or Calcium and Carbonate, and low Phosphate levels.

Thank you for you answer.
But I have a few more questions.
What does NSW stand for?
What level of Calcium and Carbonate should the water contain?
So a calcium reactor would be needed?

Natural Salt Water.
NSW contains about 400 - 420 ppm Calcium and about 125 - 150ppm Carbonate.
There are many ways to maintain these levels & higher. A CA reactor is just one way but probably the most effective.
If your Calcium demand is low then just doing regular water changes will maintain Calcium and Carbonate levels.

So if I have one Frogspawn and one Hammer in a 125g tank, will water changes with ro water keep the levels up enough?

How hard is it to mix the kalkwaser and stuff to add to the tank if its needed?
And on a general basis how often?
I really appreciate your answers Bang Guy.

Yuo could also try adding Bionic on a daily basis. It is a two part solution to maintain what Bang is talking about for a reef system.

can I use an IV tubing and a small bag or are their specific set ups for this my only thought being hat I could control the gtt ratio
(drops per hour) so if i needed to dose 1 full ounce then i could set it on a remarably slow drip rate say 30 drops per hour
