Frogspawn problem?

I have a 4 branch frogspawn and i recently noticed that one of the stalks has a bubble about the size of a dime in the middle of it. I first noticed 2 nights ago, then it wasnt really showing during the day, but now I notice its there again. Is it growing? is something wrong with it? I dont currently have a picture, will try to post one tomorrow.

I just noticed a bubble in another stalk, its growing, eh? How do the stalks split and branch as the bubble is in the middle of the head?

I have no clue...lol....They just do...

ANYWAY....I don't think the stalk splits.....a new head just grows onto it
