I saved a bird once from a cat’s jaws. The cat played with it but didn't kill it for like over an hour. You know, normal cat behavior, I got tired of hearing the bird cry so I took it away from my cat and released the bird it looked upset but unharmed no puncture wounds.
A vet told me later that it made no difference, the bird would die anyway because of the saliva thing. An Amazon parrot is a 15 inch bird with a can opener for a face, kitty would learn fast that bird was not a toy…but if the saliva is deadly, I don’t want to let spit from a kitty kill a $2000.00 parrot.

Jelly Bean...LOL....How cute....I had parakeets a long time ago in NY....and Finch's here....they may be small, but they make a BIG mess....
I will never have a bird again

The bigger the bird the BIGGER the mess...You should see what that critter can do ..LOL. The again he never cewed on a $500.00 hope chest.

Yes, I admittedly half read the paper while he talked nonstop. The BACK page said it was to change companies...it also was the page I needed to sign and return to stop the whole mess. I signed that spot, copied it and mailed it..All before the 10 days. WHEW

Should have just taken the paperwork you signed away from the guy. I think I would still call your gas company just to make sure they know you don't want to switch.

High pressured sales tactics..... we don't do things we would normally do when it happens. I too would have snatched it out of his hands.
