his face is actually a bit distorted in that tongue pic, i had to shrink it and it messed it up a little. he has a beautiful face
no, her tail is partially covering her hind foot. actually, jack has extra toes, 6 on each front paw. he has a thumb! its so cool, he uses it to pick up his food, like a cup, hold it in his water bowl to soften it, and then eat it out of his paw. its so cute.
we actually got him when he was 2 weeks old, so tiny!, all fluff. he had a cold so his mom kicked him out of the litter and dropped him off in the neighbors garage. so we took him in. had to feed him goats milk with a syringe every 2 hours and let him sleep next to you so he could use your body temp. he was the runt, now he weighs a wopping 19 pounds!

BBB, your cast Misty inspired me to do some research -
her coat is GORGEOUS...and I said before that she was a blue classic tabby...
do you happen to have any more pictures of her?
I think I was mistaken in calling her 'blue' - I checked my cat breed handbooks and am now thinking that she is not blue, but Lilac. Does her grey have a sort of 'pink' cast to it?
By the way - kudos to you and EVERYONE who adopts. Purebred have fabulous coats, but there are countless homeless kitties out there with equally fabulous hearts!

mizmy, unfortunately my hubby is allergic to EVERYTHING!!! tried poodles, wheaton terriers, maltese's, bishons (sp?), and ever other "non-allergenic" or "hypo-allergenic" animal there is... no dice. so i'm stuck with my fish (which is fine with me), and my lizards...
I was at my LFS yesterday, and they had a baby pig for sale... it was the cutest little thing ever. They always have weird pets... had a skunk a few weeks ago. i would so have a pet pig if it weren't for my hubby... maybe i can arrange his disappearance.......... mwaaaahhhahahahahaha!!! *ahem* j/k

That cat looks EXACTLY like Lilly - same black and almost olive-brown, same eyes that can't decide if they want to be blue or green, same spotted tabby pattern....wow!!! Do the spots continue down onto her belly? Lilly's do.

Yep, spotted belly. Her name is Huntress.
Looks exactly liker yours huh?? Is yours fixed?? Can you breed it if you wanted. My sister in laws breeder made it conditional that her cat be fixed in order to be registered...

Yuk!! Hope you didn't hafta pay for them!! I think if I didn't have 3 dogs, 2 of which are boxers, I would maybe look into a cat like theirs. But then the hubby would prolly not let me anyway since they are megabucks! :thinking:

BBB - LoL, dont fuss about getting more pix- just wanted to see about her coat color. I think she is actually lilac...but who really knows? She's gorgeous just the same!
BigB, ur neighbors have peacocks? How do u deal with the noise?? I mean...I love those birds, but they could wake the dead. Did u get in trouble for your dogs?
