Restaurant work is the most fun I have ever done. Minimun wage in cali is $6.75 which is great for me and tips can get you to $20 bucks an hour if you are good at what you do. I love my bussers and would never tip them shitty because I know I need their help....without it I wouldn't get as much tip-wise! Although some bussers are not willing to do poo! They usually only get about 10-15% cut of my tips but the good ones get hooked up fat!!!
