I was hoping I would be outta my state by now. :(
I'm plotting a big move in the next 5 years. I have a good 5 year plan, but I'm not sure where I will end up.
Let's go FLYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aww man, I hate to hear that for you! It's amazing how sensitive our little pieces of ocean can be. If you think about it, humans are trying their best right now to kill the oceans reefs as we speak. Sad :(

I am not sure where. I want to move out west. I need a change of pace and different scenery. I don't feel like I am going anywhere where I currently I am.
Now, my power is out.

AHHH!!!!!
I hate it for you! I hope you power is back on by now.
Things will get better for yah, Krista... I know they will. People have been telling me that for the last four months - and I tell yah, I know they will get much better soon enough.
I am going back to college and I should have only two years left for my bachelors. I put in nearly four years already at my local college without a degree... it's about time I settled down and completed it. LOL I wish the best of luck to you in your studies... chin up!

I watched it over a lake.. it was AWESOME!!! The waves were getting bigger and bigger, the gusts were strongn (I even watched as it flipped a small metal boat over), the sound of the masts of the grounded ships is something else.

You should move to So.FL.
Nice warm.. err... HOT weather all year around, beautiful beaches, great reefers, 3 hours away from Disney World, Universal Studios, IOA and Busch Gardens if you need a little break.
Miami Aquarium, Florida Aquarium is all in a driving distance as well.
Ohhh did I mention that Nova and I live here as well? lol
and your cousin lives near here if I'm not mistaken.

Luckily, my power was only out for a few hours. The storm was not bad, so I do not know why I lost power. I rarely lose power. Oh well.
I can't wait until I move out of Jersey. It will have to be somewhere with snow. I would LOVE to live in Alaska. I have always wanted to live there.

Well, the vendor is still sending the corals.

I guess I'll give it a shot and just see what happens. :(

The corals are here!!!
The vendor even gave me 2 free corals. The one is a true freebie (not sure what it is) and the other is an oops. It is a frag of the 3g cornbread chalice, at least that is what I think it is.

Sux about the tank!! Sorry for all the trouble. I guess that vendor was not going to let you quit. Good!!
IF you are thinking about a move consider Michigan. 4 seasons (when the leaves change in the fall, the color tours are amazing), large metropolitan area (Metro Detroit has many very nice areas), lots of little inland lakes (they say Minnesota is the land of 10000 lakes... Michigan have over 11500 lakes!!), close to a different country (Canada is great fun, sportsman's paradise) , 4 major sports teams (the Red Wings have made the playoffs for 21 straight years) , low cost of living (you would be amazed what $200K buys you for a house) , and some lakes (they don't call them okay lakes, they don't call them good lakes, They call them GREAT LAKES!!!). LOL And we have a good amount of decent LFS. And metro Detroit is one of the best areas for amateur hockey in the country.
