To be completely honest, pretty glad I had the TV growing up. School was always slow for me, I'd get the concept being taught quickly and then wait the rest of the class for the teacher to go back 14 times to help slower kids. I guess maybe it was the stuff on TV. Back when Discovery actually played cool nature/travels/etc shows. Everyone rags on MTV for not playing music anymore, but how about friggin Discovery anymore? We get shows like Sr. v. Jr, and Sons of Guns. Speed, back when it was Speedvision, not NASCAR TV, and had great shows on planes/trains/cars etc. Hey Son's of Guns is pretty interesting.

Duck Roll Up:
Ingredients:
Duck Breast
Bacon
Cream Cheese
1 jalapeno
Toothpick.
Take a duck breast and slice a pocket out of it. Stuff it with cream cheese and a small slice of jalapeno skin, no seeds. Wrap it in the bacon of your choice and pin it with a toothpick. Then grill it till the bacon is done or to your taste. Delicious.
Deer Roll Up:
Deer Tenderloin
Bacon
Dales Seasoning Maranade
Cream Cheese
1 Jalapeno
Toothpick
Tenderize the tenderloin with a meat cleaver and put it in a zip lock bag with Dale's Seasoning maranade for 45minutes to an hour. Take it out and cut it into small portions, big enough to make a "pocket" in the meat for cream cheese and a slice of Jalapeno skin (No Seeds). Wrap it in bacon of your choice and pin it with a toothpick. Grill it to perfection.
To me, anything wrapped in bacon and grilled is delicious... but duck and deer seem to taste pretty good. So do dove and quail, if you got it.
