Unfortunately, at 100,000 miles, we wouldnt even have taken it in. If we did, it wouldve immediately been sold at auction or wholesaled.
Not to say yours isnt a good car, but there's not too much call for a 100,000 BMW, at a dealership.
I worked for the largest dealership in the Midwest and the 3rd biggest volume dealer in the United States. We got the first 3 2006 M5s to hit the US. We also had the largest selection of Z8s in the country.

Not more expensive...just catering to different people.
People in Iowa are more likely to buy used, while the people in Chicago wanted new. The majority of our business came from used cars...we had a huge selection...but they're mainly trade ins that are a few years old, lease returns or BMW Certified cars.

I dont do anything now. I lost my job, at the BMW store, a little over a month ago, due to someone putting the blame on me for something I didnt do. The car business is cut-throat and nasty. The guy was getting in trouble for something he did and instead of being a man and taking responsibility, he threw me under the bus. Even though I was in management and had been there 4 times longer than him, they believed him over me (possibly because he had his head so far up everyone's butt). Anyway...enough of my rant. I was unjustly fired.
I've recently moved back to my home town, in Southern IL, to take a break from big city life and I'm waiting for a house to be finished, so I can move into it.
My 90gal. tank is the temp home to my fish...and it's not a nice a setup. Barebottom, 150lb. rock with a skimmer and powerheads. The 200gal. is in the garage, getting worked on, along with my 210. Once I move, they'll all be set back up.
