Green Chromis

i have a 75 gal tank and i want to get Green Chromis i read that they can live in schools how many can i put in my tank if i dont keep any fish with them. my second question is how many can i keep if i have a porcupine puffer with them. i keep the water very clean and i have one of those hot magnum pro systems so i can eaisly siphon all the waste out of the tankonce or twice a day

he is about 3-4 inches

IMO Chromis = Porcupine food.
If you want a nice school of Chromis 7 makes a great shoal. be sure to give them plenty of safe hidey holes at night.

Nah, I don't think the pork will eat the chromises, they're quick, and cautious.
7 or 8 are great, such an easy fish, they eat anything, they're very hardy, basically drop em in and forget em.
The one thing mentioned that is VERY important is rock for them to hide in at night. When our lights go out in the reef tank, these guys make a flash exit into the rock so quick it makes waves.

the porq's (IMO) will at some time definitly eat the chromis and anything else that will fit in its mouth

I'm with Bang and Peasly1 on this one. If it will fit in his mouth, He MiGhT try.... No way to really know until its too late..
