my buddy heard me mention a while back that i thought it was a cool looking fish, and yesterday he brought me a present. I know nothing about this fish other than I saw it for about 30 secs before it vanished into the live rock. What do these deals eat. I have some frozen brine shrimp and thats about it.

140 gl about 400lbs of live rock. The tank was about 4 years old but I lost everything to a 9 day power outage a couple of months ago. The water was fine afterwards and no deaths since.

Honestly, I have no idea what a copepod is. I have a foxface a true percula, a bipseudo, and a haitian anenome in there.

Its a little bug looking thing that hangs around in the rocks. The Manderin will naturally graze on them. They breed and multiply fast as long as you start out with a good supply.
Or you can keep them in the fridge and feeding them spareingly but I would just start a colony in your tank

With that much live rock you should...when the lights go out, look at the glass and see if you see anything crawling around

Call them and they should be able to have them ordered for you if they dont already have them. Most pet stores will gladly do this to keep your business. If not, just pay 2 day shipping. Your fish will survive

If you do buy copepods, get the "Tisbe" kind not the most common tigger ones. Tigger anr used mostly for target feeding, while the Tisbe ones will reproduce quicker.
